Applies to the free newsletter and the editorial content of industryarsenal.com.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website industryarsenal.com and its free newsletter, The Gigacasting Newsletter (together, the “Service”). By accessing the Site or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Site publishes editorial content — news, analysis and articles — about the gigacasting and magnesium thixomolding industry, and offers a free email newsletter delivering similar content to subscribers.
All content published on the Site and in the newsletter — text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by us or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may share links to our articles, but you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial portions of our content without prior written consent.
Content published on the Site and in the newsletter is provided for informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free, and it should not be relied upon as professional, financial or investment advice.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Site and newsletter are built and delivered using the beehiiv platform (beehiiv Inc.). Your use of features provided directly by beehiiv — such as account login and email delivery infrastructure — is also subject to beehiiv’s own Terms of Use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the newsletter, including reliance on any published content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to newsletter subscribers or by posting a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Applies to all paid products and services, including The Gigacasting Database, advertising placements and paid events.
The Gigacasting Database. A subscription granting access to a proprietary dataset covering gigacasting machines, vehicles, production data and supplier relationships.
Individual reports. Standalone research reports, sold as one-off purchases and delivered digitally.
The seller operates under the Italian flat-rate tax scheme (regime forfettario) and issues invoices without VAT. Prices shown are final.
Advertising and sponsorship placements are not sold through the Site and are agreed individually. They are governed by the separate written agreement concluded between the parties, not by these Terms of Sale.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., acting as an independent controller for payment data. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. At checkout you may optionally provide a VAT number where you are purchasing in a business capacity. An invoice or receipt is issued for each transaction and sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Database subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — one year after the initial payment for annual plans, and every three months for quarterly plans — unless cancelled beforehand. The renewal charge is taken automatically from the payment method on file.
We send a reminder email in advance of each renewal, at the address associated with your account.
You may cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access remains active until then. No cancellation fee applies. Individual reports are one-off purchases and do not renew.
If you purchase as a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to [email protected] within the 14-day period. We will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, at no cost to you. Access to the purchased product will be revoked upon refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in a professional or business capacity.
Subject to payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and consult the Database, and to use any purchased report, for the duration of your subscription or, for one-off purchases, indefinitely.
The licence is granted to a single subscriber. Where the subscriber is a company or organisation, access and the information obtained may be shared internally among its employees, but not beyond it.
You may not:
The Database, its structure and its contents, and all reports, remain our exclusive property and are protected by copyright and database rights. Breach of this clause entitles us to suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, and to pursue any further remedy available at law.
Upon expiry or cancellation of a subscription, access to the Database ceases immediately at the end of the paid period. No grace period applies. We may suspend or terminate access without notice in the event of breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment, or sharing of credentials outside the subscribing organisation.
The Database is compiled from public sources, industry reporting and our own estimates. We make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or fit for any particular purpose. It is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute professional, financial or investment advice. Any business decision taken on the basis of the Database remains your sole responsibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. For business customers, the courts of Cremona, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, this does not prejudice any mandatory protection or forum granted to you by the law of your country of residence. EU consumers may also submit disputes to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Applies to all visitors, newsletter subscribers and paying customers.
